AIA Welcomes Baldwin Wallace Conservatory of Music

The Arts in Action team at Divinity Lutheran Church proudly announces their partnership with Baldwin Wallace University’s Conservatory of Music. The partnership formed meets the commitment of both organizations to increase their community outreach. Faculty and students will perform in recitals and concerts in the church’s sanctuary. In the program’s inaugural year there will be three concerts. The first will be on October 26 and feature the conservatory’s faculty member Professor Mary Dobrea-Grindahl. The remaining two concert dates are February 22, 2015 and April 12, 2015. All three concerts will be at 3:00 p.m. The BW Conservatory concerts will be ticketed, and will benefit Arts in Action, the Conservatory and the Arts in Action Scholarship Fund.

In addition to the Conservatory’s concerts, there will be two additional concerts presented by the Arts in Action team. The first will be on Saturday, December 13, at 7:00 p.m. and feature the Celebration Ringers of Strongsville, OH. The second will be on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at 3:00 p.m., featuring organist Gail Archer from Columbia University. These two concerts will be free and open to the public.
